Cornerstone transform animation not working

Hi,

Wonder if you can help getting animation working. Usually I can solve issues but not this one.

Transition animation isn’t working on this site where I’ve installed Cornerstone. The column should move up 10 pixels. This works on another site running Pro but not this site with Cornerstone.

Site is PHP 7.4.
Cornerstone 6.1.4.
I have disabled all plugins, only Cornerstone is running.

Would you mind sharing with us the credentials so that we can check the setup? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Page URL where the transition is applied

Hello Clint,

We have investigated the issue and we believe that this is a bug in the latest release of the theme. This has already been added to our issue tracker and will be looked into by our development team. I cannot make any promises relating to a fix at this stage. I will add a note to the tracker referencing your report though so our dev team can see there are multiple reports of the issue.
