Hi, I have a site that has been using Cornerstone for a few years with no issue. Now when I try to load the builder, it gets to grey screen and stops trying to load. I disabled caching plugins and cleared the cache on the server but that didn’t fix the issue. Please advise.

Does the issue happen after you have updated the WordPress core, theme, and plugins? Please check out this documentation first:

When everything has been tried and still nothing works, we would love to investigate your site. Perhaps you can give us your WP details to personally check the site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Thanks for the reply @ruenel. I just noticed the issue yesterday but I had done some updates last week and I don’t think I tried to load the builder since then. So that could be what caused the issue. I have turned off Varnish & Object caching on the server and have Cloudflare in development mode. I went through and disabled plugins and still the problem persists. I noticed when I try to go into the settings for Cornerstone, that page is blank as well so I cannot clear the cache there. You have permission to access and make changes to the site. I will share login credentials below.

I checked your site on my end and it seems that the page builder is working fine on my end. I have tested it on Google Chrome browser version 131.0.6778.265. It might be the issue of browser cache I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it.

Super weird. I tried that and still it doesn’t work in Chrome for me. I switched to Safari and it loads fine. Sorry about the hassle. I will just use Safari for now. Thank you very much!
The builder loaded correctly when we tested it on Chrome and Firefox. You may need to clear the cookies or completely remove the browser history. Let us know if you need more info.
