Good evening, I’m doing an e-commerce store, but cornerstone (especially the personify pages) stop working when I activate the Woopayment plugin. I need that plugin. what can I do to fix it? I have attached pictures of the problems (the global settings never load), I have attached the login details to a secure note, I authorize you to enter the page and make changes if you believe it necessary.

Hi Diana,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the issue you described here. Please note that our theme is compatible with WooCommerce, but it doesn’t mean that it is compatible with all WooCommerce addons. They are not tested with our themes. I would suggest you contact the Plugin Author on this and let us know the feedback on this addon.
Thanks
thank you for your response, i have contacted woocomerce and they told me you guys have to issue a patch to make it work, i understand you guys cant test every woocommerce addon, but this is not any addon, without this one im not able to take any form of payments (apple pay, credit card, after pay, etc) so my e commerce store just becomes a normal website and having woocomerce becomes useless, other plugins to accept payments (pay pal, stripe, etc) also seem to break cornerstone (and stripe is going to be unsupported in the next update) i’m not asking you to test every addon, but this addon (which the author is woocommerce, not any random 3rd party) is essential to the functioning of the store (only way to accept payments) i need a fix, either that you guys provide another plugin that does work to accept payments, or to give me a way to make it work, this was the response of the wocommerce team when i contacted them
“So are you in touch with the developers of cornerstone? because they will have to issue a patch so that it works with WooCommerce + WooPayments.”
and i would appreciate you guys giving me a quick fix, im already behind schedule due to this
Hello Diana,
You already have 13 3rd party plugins that is active and running. I have checked your server settings in Tools > Site Health > Info > Server and I found out that you only have 128M for the PHP Memory limit which is no longer enough.
This is why when you enable one of more plugins, it causes a PHP memory limit exhaustion. We recommend that you upgrade it to at least 256M. Please check out this article to resolve your issue:
Kindly let us know how it goes.
