Cornerstone still won't load

Our client still can’t edit her content as the Cornerstone editor just sits there spinning its white logo…It’s working fine for us but not her and it’s becoming very frustrating.

I’ve upped all memory allocations on the server etc.

There’s no caching running on the site and we’ve disabled all plugins that might cause an issue.

Currently active plugins are:

Classic Editor

Cornerstone

GDPR Cookie Compliance (CCPA, PIPEDA ready)

Slider Revolution

WPForms Lite

X – Google Analytics

Yoast SEO

There could be a plugin or custom code that affect your website.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for sharing your credentials, I went ahead and check the homepage but I was able to load the Cornerstone without any issue. I suspect this could be a cache issue on your client side, I suggest that you tell them to clear their browser cache or use incognito mode when accessing the website.
