Cornerstone pages stuck in loading

I cannot seem to access any of my Cornerstone pages for editing; it’s stuck in loading mode.

Any fix? Thanks.

Hi @Curiouser,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the sites listed in your Themeco Account; a few of those are not loading, and a few have the older version of Pro. The problem you are facing might be due to an older version of Pro. I would suggest you update the Pro to its latest version and check if that resolves your problem.
If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

Hi, I updated the Pro to its latest version, but it didn’t resolve the issues. I also tried troubleshooting every possible issue, but that didn’t work either. I left a secure note for you to check.

Hi @Curiouser,

I have checked your website and found that the JS files are optimized, and that is the reason behind your problem. I have checked by temporarily disabling it, and it starts working. You can disable the Optimize option from the Autoptimize settings, or you can also exclude the JS files.

I would suggest you go through the following thread on a similar topic.

Hope it helps.
Thanks
