Cornerstone page builder/editor does not load preview

Hello…

I can’t edit pages, it shows the following message:

And if try to inspect an element by navigating the sections on the left side bar of the editor is keeps loading forever and never show me the element attributes

Already tried:

  • updating all plugins
  • disabling all plugins (except cornnerstone)
  • open editor in a annonimous browser tab and in a different browser (i use firefox, tried in chrome).
  • Increasing PHP Memory Limit (from 256mb to 512mb)

The editor was working fine after last edition that happened a long time ago.

My php version is 7.4
X theme Version: 9.1.4
Wordpress version 6.0.2

May I leave the user/password for a staff to try look for the problem?

It generally happens due to cache, plugin, or JS/CSS customization I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. If it doesn’t work for you It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hello @priscilaps,

It seems that you have an SSL issue. Please go to Settings > SSL and make sure to resolve any issues. And then go to Tools > Site Health > Status and make sure to resolve any issues as well.
