Cornerstone Not Loading - Video Element

Hi,

We are using the most update version of Cornerstone and WordPress and we are facing this issue.

Cornerstone endless loading caused by video embed element

Hi I use latest Pro theme and Cornerstone. Cornerstone is loading endlessly, caused by a video embed element. When I delete the video embed element, the cornerstone editor can load the page. Hope you can help. Thank you, Hannes

Has it been fixed already or should we still wait for the new version of the theme to resolve it?

I embedded the video through the video element on my localhost test installation and it works fine at the moment on my end. It might be the issue of plugin conflict or cache issue, I would suggest you please troubleshoot a few common issues with our troubleshooting guidelines.

If it doesn’t work for you please clone the page and delete the section one by one to check which section is causing the issue. If it doesn’t work, it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
