Cornerstone will load on my phone browser but not on a desktop. Plugins are all updated and I’ve cleared the cache, history and have tried different web browsers.

In your Topbar content, X > Theme Options > Headers > Miscellaneous > Topbar Content, you have inserted a broken HTML:

You will need to remove the <font face="Lato" size="3" color="white"> because it is not valid and correct. If you want to use Lato, go to X > Theme Options > Typography > Body and Content and select “Lato” instead.
Meanwhile, you also have inserted a broken HTML in your Footer content, X > Theme Options > Footers > Content Area:

I have checked your website and found the Cornerstone is loading the page properly and I was able to edit and modify the content too. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in incognito/private mode of the browser. Although the broken HTML does not seems the reason behind the issue, still I would request you to change the broken HTML as my colleague suggested in X > Theme Options > Headers > Miscellaneous > Topbar Content and also in X > Theme Options > Footers > Content Area.

I still cannot get Cornerstone to load. I’ve cleared cache, history, tried incognito, and used different computers, and am still having the same result. Do you have any other suggestions that I can try?

I have checked it again and now it is not working anymore and showing some JavaScript error in the console. I would suggest you deactivate and delete the X theme and Cornerstone and re-install it again. Please let us know if that works for you.

I have re-installed x theme and cornerstone with no change in cornerstone not being able to load. I’ve created a staging site where x theme will load but not on my live site. I’ve checked for plugin errors, emptied cache and have tried different browsers and computers. Cornerstone still will not load.
