Cornerstone Not loading on start page

Dear Themeco Team, i cant edit the landingpage our start page… cause cornerstone is not loading.

I checked your site and noticed you’re using multiple caching and optimization plugins. These issues commonly occur due to aggressive caching settings or plugin conflicts. To troubleshoot, please activate all caching plugins and purge all caches from them, and then temporarily deactivate the caching and optimization plugins. If using server-side caching (like Cloudflare), purge it there as well. I would also suggest you please troubleshoot a few common issues with the troubleshooting guidelines.

If the issue persists, please copy your live website to a staging server and share the staging admin credentials so we can debug safely without affecting your live site. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

Hello prakash, other pages working fine, this problem is only on this one… so it shouldnt be a caching problem.

Hello Roland,

I cloned your homepage for testing and identified the issue as custom JavaScript code within a Text element. Please visit the homepage and remove this JS code from the Text element, or check the cloned page (currently in Draft mode) where I’ve made the correction. I’ve added the cloned page URL to the secure note for your reference.
