Cornerstone not accepting purchase code

Hi - I just updated to the lasted version of X. Cornerstone is now not accepting my ‘X’ purchase code.
Any ideas?

Please be advised that the X license code can only be used to validate the X theme.

If Cornerstone is asking you to validate it, it could that you are using Cornerstone as a standalone plugin or that you have installed the X theme incorrectly or you have renamed the x folder (in wp-content/themes/ folder) into something else. You cannot use the X license code to validate the Cornerstone plugin. You need a separate Cornerstone license code if you are using Cornerstone as a standalone plugin.

To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
