Hello, I manage a lot of websites running the the PRO theme, Since this morning, I cannot use cornerstone on a bunch of them with the 6.7.13 pro version. From my understanding, it’s a problem with your remote cloud server, with the assets; can it be fixed without updating ? It was working fine until now and I didn’t change anything. Thank you very much.
We’re having hosting issues today. It should be up now though, just go into Cornerstone Settings and clear the cache. The very latest release does have a fix in place where this issue doesn’t crash your site too. Have a great day.
Thank your for your reply.
I can’t go into cornerstone settings since I have the error. It’s not working right now, I will try again tomorrow.
Hello again, is there a way to manually clear the cache ? I still can’t access cornerstone or cornerstone settings.
Hey @popoche,
Please provide the following info in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin username and password
- cPanel or web host access.
Thanks.
@christian
I prefer not to provide all these informations, I will just update everything on the WP, that should fix the issue.
I just wanted to know if there were any quick fix without updating. Thanks.
Hello @popoche,
Make sure that your site server meets the requirements to run the latest version:
If everything is up to date and you are still experiencing the issue, there could be a conflict. You can check out this guide instead:
When everything fails, kindly clone one of your sites to a staging area and send the WP Access so we can have a thorough investigation of the issue. Check out this guide on how you can create a staging area: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Best Regards.
Hi is this issue solved? i cannot edit any of my cornerstone websites, due to critical errors on Cornerstone Plugins.
See if it’s working now, we’re trying to update things on our end.
Hello @popoche @anédalux,
The easiest way to avoid waiting is to download the latest PRO version available in your dashboard, then upload this .zip file. WordPress will offer to replace the site’s theme with the .zip file, and everything will be back to normal.
