Cornerstone Editor loading, but only showing "Content" and NOT working in the editor

Hello,

Working on a client site and found that when I am attempting to edit a page, which happens to be the homepage I find that the editor stays blank (or shows only the header or footer of the page, no editing can be done on that page. I am able to edit other pages. This page was recreated as recently as two months ago for similar issues. We are unable to update the X Theme or Cornerstone to the latest vote as it will cause the site to delete the home page entirely.
