Cornerstone disappeared from custom posts

Hi there,
I think I was trying to update Cornerstone, since nothing else was changed but it’s disappeared from my custom post pages generated by my Zippy Course Plugin.

I have not upgraded or done anything to the course plugin so they should work so I assume it’s the Cornerstone upgrade. What can I do to bring Cornerstone back? I can no longer edit all the pages of my course…

UPDATE: I managed to restore the Cornerstone plugin to an older version using Updraftplus backup restore - plugin only.

Hi @rotipom,

If you update Cornerstone to the latest version, please also make sure to update X as it would cause an incompatibility issue if only one of them is updated.

Once updated, please clear your site’s cache if you are using a caching or optimization plugin.

After doing the steps mentioned, kindly double check in the Permissions Manager and enable your custom post type so that you can use Cornerstone to build the pages of that specific post type:

Hi Jade,
I have activated permissions. It works, but there’s still this white background around my Cornerstone sections for all these custom posts.

In my global options settings background is set to have the cream color so I’m not sure why this is happening? Let me know, thanks! (Secure login notes above)

Hi @rotipom,

Thank you for the screenshot. White background is part of the Ethos design on the main container. You might need to remove it by adding a custom CSS. Add it on Theme Options > Global CSS
