Cornerstone Charts 1.0.3 causes a critical error

Hey there,

Updated CS Charts to v1.0.3 today and when I tried to navigate to the plugins page I got the WordPress critical error message.

Dug through some error logs and perhaps this might be useful:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: str_starts_with(): Argument #1 ($haystack) must be of type string, array given in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-scripts.php:799

Try with 1.0.4 going out now. If there’s still an issue after that, I’ll remove the changelog link for now.
