When I click on Cornerstone or Theme Options in my admin dashboard in wordpress, I am redirected to the login screen, which does not allow me to log in. I am able to return to the dashboard where I am logged in. I read other people had the same issue and solved it by clearing their browser cache, but that did not fix it for me. I tried in chrome as well as firefox and have the same issue in both browsers. Some other tabs, like validation do not have this issue.

This issue usually happens when your Site URL and WordPress Address URL in Settings > General is not the same as the WordPress dashboard URL.
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
