Cornerstone and templates

I’d never really noticed this until now, but with Cornerstone you have to have a “document” of some type open in order to get access to the template library and upload something. I was just trying to upload one of the new forms page templates and had to open something just to get access.

Also when importing a page or post .tco file I think it should initially default to draft instead of published.

I think we can still show that Manage Templates button when there is no document open. I’ll see if we can change that.

We might add a setting for putting imports into draft. I feel like if you were moving pages or posts you would want them published. Instead of going through each page and post and publishing them after you import.
