Personally I’d prefer the Cornerstone menu item in the left admin menu and not in the admin bar.

I think at this point we’ll most likely be adding it back to the main dashboard as an additional menu item. We won’t be removing it from the toolbar though since that’s the best way to get into Cornerstone if you’re on the front end of the site.
