I have been attempting to use the copy and paste functions between sites and for some reason it is not working.
For context I have tried this inside of a multisite network between subsites. I can copy but upon pasting it doesn’t work.
I tried it using two different sites there I can copy but no paste the section to the other site.
I am not able to copy and paste from one site to another. Only within the site.
Any insight what might be happening would be great.
UPDATE: I went back to look at the original request. I found that this appears to be another issue the the personify sites.
I have used the Personify sites twice in the past. When doing so it rendered the ability to copy sections and move them between sites without pulling in everything, not just a section. Which creates a giant mess.
And now this appears to be another issue. Because I can copy outside sections via copy and paste into the Personify instance. But I am not able to do it the other way around. I cannot copy from the personify setup to the other site. Even it it is a Personify instance.

Please be advised that the Copy and Paste only applies within the Cornerstone builder. You cannot copy and paste across sites.
Copy and paste is possible in the page, in another page, or another layout as long as it is within the same site:
Copy and paste is NOT possible from site A to site B:
Across different sites, you will have to use the Template Manager to import/export the template. Check out the Template Manager documentation here: https://theme.co/docs/template-manager
If you have Site Drive, it would be easy to have the templates across the site. Check out how you can use it on your sites with these videos
