ConvertPlus HTML content missing

Convert Plus HTML content is missing. I have turned off all plugins and cleared all browser and server caches and still it doesn’t show HTML content for ConvertPlus even if you create a new blank template.

OK, seems like a Cloudways SSL error. I changed the domain and added a new SSL.

Please edit your modal and choose how you want to display the modal.

Here’s what’s going on. The HTML is NOT showing up. It will show up the first time… then go back into edit a second time and NO HTML shows up to edit the popups. See images. Hope this helps.

Hello bart,

I could not replicate the issue. Every time I edit the modal, the content always display on my end.

I can even refresh the page as many times and still the content will display.

hmmm your content shows up once or twice then it disappears. I have tried it on 5 different browsers with cleared cache and 3 different computers and all the same thing.

I have also tried it on all our sites with Convert plus and it’s the same problem.

I found out it’s a problem if watch the tab load vs not watching the tab load. the content will show up if the tab loads when not viewing it. Did you try on a Mac or PC? Thanks.

Hello Bart,

I have reloaded the page in Chrome and Firefox several times. Both of them show the modal. I could not replicate any issues at all. I am using a Mac by the way.

I have the same problem. I even recreated the popup content to save time debugging but now that has disappeared too. I cannot see any content in the convert plus modal popup editor. I hope someone can help? Here is my thread out of interest: Convert plus pop up content not showing in editor
