Convert plus pop up content not showing in editor

Hi
My popup in convert plus shows on the front end of the site but when I go in to edit it the window is blank. The content seems to have disappeared. I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it from the pro addons menu in case it was due to an update beyond your supported version but I still have the same issue.

Thanks for writing in! You may be having some caching issues. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches since you are using W3 Total Cache so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

I have tried turning all non-essential plugins off and changing theme, I also emptied the cache. There seems to be something wrong with convertplus. I have for now recreated the popup content. When I did that and saved it it replaced the old one that was showing on the front end but not in the editor.

I needed to find a way to get around this quickly as I have limited time, but it isn’t resolved.

I would be interested if anyone else has a similar problem or finds a solution.

So after recreating the pop-up I went in today to edit it and AGAIN it has disappeared from the editor. It shows on the front end but there is no content in the editor for me to edit.

I have given you login info so you can see for yourself.

I tried turning off all plugins except the ssl one and google analytics but the problem persisted. I have also cleared all caches.

If you are experiencing some issues, please use private browsing mode or make sure that there are no browser extensions that could be giving the issue.

Hello, thank you for that. I tried private tabs in 4 browsers and finally one of those worked and showed the content.

So thank you for the screenshots and suggestion.

In case it helps anyone else, for me no content showed in the editor for my popups in the following browsers:
firefox developer - normal tab or private tab
firefox - normal tab or private tab
google chrome - normal tab or private tab
safari - normal tab

It did show in safari private tab.
