ConvertKit Plugin Issue

I’ve installed the ConvertKit plugin and added its shortcode to one of the pages on my website. The ConvertKit email form works fine, except the form is squished when accessed on a smart phone. The URL to the page with the email subscription form is: Newsletter Subscription | Word-n-Will

I inserted the shortcode into a text element that is in a column. I believe part of the problem is that I set the left and right padding for the column to 25%. Is there a way to make configuration changes that apply to just the smart phone and that make it possible for the email subscription to appear okay on a smart phone.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the padding set for the column is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you set the different padding for different breakpoints as shown in the second screenshot.
