Convert plus popup doesn't work

Hi all,

I have an issue with the convert plus addon.
I have created a newsletter subscription popup which has been connected to mailchimp.

After I’ve filled out the subscription formular on my website and pressed the submit button, normally the user should be forwarded to a individuell page.
But this doesn’t happen, the loading bar doesn’t stop working and nothing happens.

I still can not see the pop up. Should it appear automatically?

Anyways, we do need the login information as my colleague asked to check your setup and see what is the problem cause and also please check the website when you are not logged in.

Hey Max,

The issue’s fixed now by updating the ConvertPlus MailChimp Addon. You can’t automatically update it, by the way. You need to uninstall it and then install from ConvertPlus Addons again.

Also, note that in order to narrow down the cause of the issue when I performed the troubleshooting, I deactivated all plugins except ConvertPlus, ConvertPlus Mailchimp Addon and Cornerstone. If the issue happens again, please deactivate all 3rd party plugins first to test if one of them is causing an issue also.
