Convert Plus Info Bar not showing

Hi. I’ve created an info bar to display at the top of my website, but it’s not showing up. It says it’s live but it also has zero impressions, and it’s been live over a very busy weekend on our site.

How can I get it to show up?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi There,

You have 3 info bars. 2 are paused.

The info bar that is live had nothing selected on > Settings > Behaviour > Smar Launch.

I set it to after a few seconds and it works just fine.
