Content shown on laptop but there is a cut off in laptop version

Hello @Anknape,

I checked your site, and the page appears to be rendering correctly on my end. I recommend clearing your browser cache and checking again. I tested the homepage; if you are referring to a different page, please let us know. My tests were conducted on Google Chrome version 152.0.7977.66.

Thanks

He @prakash the site renders but is cut off after the attached image. There is lot more to show and I gave you the permission to got to edit mode where you can see the rest of the page. Lex

Hello @Anknape,

I recommend cloning the page and then either deleting the page sections one by one or hiding each section using the eye icon on the Section element to identify which section is causing the issue. If that doesn’t help, please clone your live website to a staging server so we can investigate further without affecting your live site.

Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

Hey @Anknape,

The logins you provided don’t work (see screenshot in the secure note).

I send a new password that you can find in secure note

Hello @Anknape,

I’m another staff member, and I tried to access your site dashboard, but the login details provided are not working. Please double‑check them and send the correct credentials again.

Thanks

Hello @Anknape,

It appears there may be a broken HTML issue. I recommend hiding this section using the eye icon, saving the page, clearing your browser cache, and checking again. Please refer to the screenshot provided in the secure note below.

Thanks

Men you don’t have an idea how you helped me, Thanks it works but, can you explain what could cause the broken HTML issue and how I can avoid it in the future???

Hello @Anknape,

You can hide the specific section by clicking the eye icon on the content element. Then, check whether the issue is resolved. This will help identify which element is causing the problem.

These issues are often caused by custom HTML or CSS containing syntax errors.

Thanks
