Content not visible on mobile device

I’mhaving a hard time figuring out how to set the visibility of content on a mobile page.

It renders decently on a desktop, but on my phone it shows nothing. I remember there were options on an individual item’s visibilty, but this is the entire content.

Can anyone help me figure this out?
