Content keeps going on top of the Header

Hi,

I wanted to use a header template as content. Somehow I managed to use the header template as content, but now my content goes over the header of the webpage once I scroll down. Is there a way to fix this?

The outline for the page is:

  • Bar 1
    – Container 1
    – Container 2

Thanks for writing in! It is best that you provide us a link to the site URL or access to the site so we can check your header and the page template as well. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
