Content editing in Cornerstone not loading

I refer to the following Case I logged a while back:

Hi @reneforbes, I have checked it again and found the issue occurs while clicking the content, and getting the following error which is the reason behind your issue. It seems that there is some security setting on this site. Please contact your Hosting Service provider to allow REST actions to avoid the issue. {"code":"rest_forbidden","message":"Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.","data":{"status":401}} Hope it helps. I dealt with the Hosting Provider who assured me that the security issue was fixed on the server. However, I am still experiencing this problem. I really don’t know what to do. I cannot edit my website at all.

Please can you check for me whether the rest_forbidden code is still displaying on the site?

If so, can you please send me some detailed instructions to give to the hosting provider on how to de-activate this setting?

Thanks for checking. We would love to give our 3rd party provider more details on where this error is and arises from. Can you advise off a log or other place to look for the error code?
