Content Dock Won't Activate

Hi - I’m trying to install Content Dock but get the following error message when I try to activate it:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BanyardSolutions\insights\wp-content\plugins\tco-content-dock\tco-content-dock.php on line 115

I’ve used it on other sites without problem. I do know that in this case the server is running an old version of PHP (5.5 or earlier). Might that be the problem?

Yes, it is probably because of the version same with the problem in the thread below.
