Content area model takes two taps on a phone

Good afternoon,

on desktop browsers if you click the top right content area model (which displays the burger toggle) it opens up the menu system fine. However on mobile phone you have to tap on it twice before it activates. Then it opens and closes until you refresh and the same error occurs.

The site uses the latest version of pro. I am using a iPhone with the latest iOS

Hey Jason,

Something in the content of your home page is causing the issue because I visited a page (URLin the secure note) using the same header and the Off-Canvas (not Modal), is working fine. Just 1 tap and it’s open. Just to be clear, Off-Canvas in your home page does not work or will open after several clicks even on the browser’s responsive emulation and on Android. The Off-Canvas in another page works fine in the browser mobile emulator, real phone Android, and iOS.

To check what is causing the issue, save your home page as a template using the Template Manager then load the template up in a test page. On the test page, remove the 1st section and save the page then test the Off-Canvas on your phone again. Do that test to the rest of the sections.

Once you’ve discovered what section is causing the issue, inspect its content and see if there’s a broken HTML. If you’re sure there’s no broken HTML, let us know what section is causing the issue and we’ll investigate further.
