Content Area Modal: Open on page load & Close Button move

Hi,

I am working with a content area modal and I am trying to accomplish the following:

  1. I would like the modal to be open on page load

  2. Can I pin the close ‘X’ to the top right of the modal box, rather than the top right of the page?

  3. I would also like to add the “subscribe” button to every individual portfolio page, just below the title and tags (see image below).

Thanks for writing in and the very detailed post information.

1.) By default, the modal popup needs to be triggered so that it will display. At the moment, there is no option that you can open the modal popup upon page load. I would recommend that you us ConvertPlus modal popup instead. You can install it from X > Validation > Extensions. 2.) If you use ConvertPlus, there is an option where you would want to display the Close button.

3.) This is possible only if you have a ready made 3rd party script for the subscribe button. You might need a 3rd party plugin to be able to accomplish this. You might find it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/subscribe+button/

Another question related to item 3. Is it possible to add the button as it exists now anywhere on the portfolio item pages?

Hi There,

Do you mean the button styling? Inspect your buttons using browser inspector and use the same CSS classes, so that it will style accordingly.
