Hi, what happened to the Content Area element in Pro 4.3.3? I no longer have an option for it. I tried using the Raw Content element instead but there is no customize tab to edit the CSS.
Thank you

Hello, @DCS,
Thanks for writing to us,
The Content Area Element is deprecated now and it is no longer available. I would suggest you use Raw Content Element. Regretfully there is no customize tab in the Raw content element.
Thanks for understanding
This makes no sense.
Hello, @DCS,
Sorry for your inconvenience but there is nothing we can do about it.
Thanks for understanding
How do you add CSS to a raw content element?
Hey @DCS,
We’re sorry for the back and forth and lack of info. There’s no CSS option for the Raw Content element anymore. The setup has been replace by the Div Element.
The Div element acts as the Content Area element now. Basically, the Content Area has been replace with a drag and drop area instead of an element where you paste code. This is the proper setup now. Raw Content area should be used for HTML/Inline CSS/JS. If you wish to use a CSS/JS code editor for your Raw Content, you need to insert the Raw Content element inside a Div element.
Hope that helps.
That helps a lot, thank you!

Hi @DCS,
I came across this thread and wanted to clear up some misinformation. I apologize for the original reply, and that we’ve not cleared this up sooner. The elements were deprecated primarily because we were trying to clean up redundant elements and make the library more approachable for new users. We understand that for some workflows, the Content Area element was useful.
It wasn’t removed entirely - only from the initial library. If you go under Settings in the Dashboard you can enable it again, allowing it to show in the Element Library. This element will never be removed or stop being supported because it is used on so many existing sites. We just recommend using other elements on new sites moving forward.
