Contact 7 Form being deleted when I create new or duplicate

Hi there,

I’ve created various forms via contact 7 form, and all of a sudden they’re getting deleted.

I tried duplicating, I’ve tried creating new, and each time it gets deleted.

Any idea why?

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your contact form 7.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Hi there,

So the conflict is happening when Contact Form 7 as well as E&P Form builder are both enabled.

For whatever reason, whenever I create a new form (on contact form 7) the “ID” remains the same, therefore getting saved over the previous contact forms. Once I disable E&P Form builder, it works fine. I’m currently working around it by disabling the E&P Form builder whenever I need to create a new form.

I’m curious moving forward, do you know what could be the cause of this?
