HI. I’ve activated the license on the staging environment while developing the website Now I’m trying to activate it on the live website. Of course, I revoked it from the staging environment dashboard and from my account too. But after entering the license, I get the message “Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked.” but the license is not activated.

Can you please help me solve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you disable all your plugins first and then re-validate your website. Only if doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
