Components reponsiveness behavior

I created a component as an example and tried to add it to a section. It’s quite nice overall, but I have a problem, and I can’t figure out if the problem is on my end (configuration) or not, although I suspect it probably is.

Thanks for writing in!

You have created the “Glassmorph CTA” component. You have enabled “Export Component” for the Glass Container (Row) element of the said component which is why the is “Glass Container” component in the library. You should be using the Component “Glassmorph CTA” element and not the export component.

To be honest i’m a bi confused about the entire “component” usage.

I followed the documentation but the “usage” part was not clear for me.

i created the component and saved the entire row since there were some changes there, if i recall correctly. however i’m not understanding what you mean here:

You should be using the Component “Glassmorph CTA” element and not the export component.

i understand there are 2 things i did here:

• I exported the component: isn’t this NEEDED in order for the components to be available in the other pages? without this option i found no way of using it at all.

• using the “component”: i have no idea what you mean here? For me, what you mention on your reply seems to be the same thing repeated twice.

Would you care to give me more details on what i did wrong? Even with the help of those screenshots, I can’t understand because to me both things seem to be the exact same thing. What would be the difference here?

ahhh wait wait, there’s a PRO element called “component” and that’s the one i should use. alright that makes more sense.

However i still don’t understand what an “Exported” component is then and what is it good for? using the word “export” makes me believe that i can DOWNLOAD it but i can do that from the actual component page, right?

The Exported components will be available under the Component tab as shown in the following documentation.
