Comment Edit link not working

Hi

Quick question.

I am using WP User front end. When a registered logged in author tries to edit comments attached to one of their posts, they are redirected to their account page.

When they click on the edit link next to the comment on the post, the link does not work. (it returns them to their account page.) Is this something your end that can fix the link?

The URL it tries to load is

https://mountainchefs.com.au/wp-admin/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=96

The site is www.mountainchefs.com.au

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mate. I solved this by using the fantastic facebook comment extension you guys have.

Anyone else who has the same problem can get it here…

One question though. I am having difficulties notifying the author when a comment has been made on their post. I am using Better Notifications For Wordpress Plugin.

Any thoughts?

Happy to hear that you have solved the fantastic facebook comments extension.

In regards to the Better Notifications, Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Ok. I have disabled the plugin…
Now…
How does the comment notification system work with facebook comments. I cant find this info in the documentation.

User posts a comment and posts it to their own facebook page. How does the author get notified that…
a) a comment has been made on his post
b) the comment has been posted on the user’s facebook page.

Regretfully those options are no available in the plugins and also this is something out of our theme support scope or expertise. You can take help from a developer to do this.
