So, this has been brought up a few times here. I think it was even considered at one point but with site structures getting more and more complex (which is awesome) it would be great to have the ability to “collapse all” within the outline view.
Wondering if you could just use the landmark space (where duplicate, delete, etc are in elements) and use some (much better iconography than my example):
