I recall reading somewhere the estimated release date for Pro 3.1 is late Oct. Sure you know, should it slip into early Nov this would coincide with slated dates WooCommerce 3.8 (5th Nov), followed by Wordpress 5.3 (12th Nov).
Would the update include compatibility for both of these?

I’m sure you will be able to safely have everything on the latest version in a short amount of time. If we do release prior to those updates, we could certainly resolve any issues that may arise in a point release. Either way,

Sure you know WooCommerce 3.8 is now available. Know you’ll be checking, looks like only one template is out of date:

Would this updated in the final point release?
Yes! We’ve got an RC to do before the official release, so we’ll get that knocked out for sure.
Update: We’ve updated the template which included supporting a new hook: woocommerce_product_after_tabs
