How can i make the graphic icon clickable that takes to a link?

Regretfully there isn’t an option to add a link in the Classic Feature List element. Please check out this article documentation instead:
Please be advised that the Classic elements will no longer be supported in the next coming years. May we suggest using the new elements instead? You can combine Headline, Div, and Icon elements to create a component so that you can easily create a Feature List. You will have more control over these new elements and support will always be there for the next coming years.
