Classic custom headline disappeared form "elements"

Do you confirm that “Classic custom headline” has disappeared from the list of elements?
Should we now use the “headline” element?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the All Classic Element option is not enabled from Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Elements. Please find the following thread on a similar topic.
