Checkout Spinner Not Loading Correctly

It’s loading as part of the page instead of as an overlay after clicking place order.
The issue appears to come from x-loader.

Please advise.

Thanks for writing in! Can you please confirm that you have updated to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 4.1.5 or
  • X theme 8.1.5
  • Cornerstone 5.1.5
  • WordPress 5.6
  • WooCommerce 5.0
  • PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Hi Jesse,

It seems that the 3rd party plugin named AeroCheckout: Custom WooCommerce Checkout Pages is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you contact the plugin Author on this. Although it is not an issue related to the theme, we are still curious to know the reason behind that.
Please remember that we don’t provide any support or investigation to 3rd party plugins or issues related to them.
