Change the body copy font of my blog

Hello, is there a way to just change the body font on my blogs? I want to make them more readable.

Thanks for writing in! To adjust the font size, please go to X > Theme Options > Typography > Body and Content. You may also set the root font size in the same options panel. For more details please check this out:
