Change of site address for licence

Hi! I’m building my new site while having the original live. I’ll go live with my new site, building on X-theme, when it’s ready (before July).

1: The first one I started building with X-theme had some security issues, so I had to switch to another location. I deleted the previously approved subdomain, then changed the address on the licence page, but it doesn’t update when I try to validate. How long does it take?

Edit: I now see it changed back, so now I’m confused as to how I change it…

2: My domain is currently locked to the curernt site that is showing. Will I have a problem when I’m going live with the new site and change the domain from the test domain it’s currently on?

We’re basically in lock down, so I hope to get a lot of this done while this is going on.

1.) You can always reassign the license code to any other domain and/or sub-domain. For more details about validation, please check this out:

2.) You will not have any problem as long as the license code is assigned to the domain. Even if you un assigned the domain from the license code, there should not be problem. You just cannot do the updates though because updates will only be possible when the theme is validated.
