I’ve had the same issues as here:

CF7 Success message not showing

Hi guys! Contact form submissions are working on https://iamsure.co.za/ but there is no success message on the front end, so the user doesn’t know whether their form has been submitted or not. Am using latest version of Pro Recently updated website to PHP 7.4 CF7 also updated to latest version Please help? Thanks,

I have updated CF7 & Pro to the latest versions & added the custom code as recommended, but still get no success message showing.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the given URL and found the Success message is shown in Contact Form 7 after submitting, but it automatically redirected to https://mylifehouse.com/college/?success=true, and the page got refreshed. That is the reason why you can’t see the Success message.

sorry, but I thought any form as standard CF7 redirects to url/?success=true after a successful submission? when I submit a form, I don’t see the screenshot you shared.

Hi @lifehouseglobal,

Usually, Contact Form 7 submitted the form using AJAX request, and the page not been reloaded and that is why the Success message can be seen. But in your case, it redirects you to the same page after submitting. It takes a few seconds to redirect and the screenshot taken in between that.
