Categories block on Gutenberg showing only partially

Hi, I’m trying to use the block “Categories” using Gutenberg editor for a page and they only show partially, some of them are missing, why? I checked the category page and there are no differences with the ones showing…

I have the latest version of WordPress and Theme Pro 5.1.5 stack Ethos.

Thanks for writing to us.

Please make sure you have not enabled the option called “Show only top level categories”

If you have not enabled it and still the issue persists, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact page URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks yes I had already used that button, I’ll put the login details in the secure note.

Sorry, I just discovered what the issue was. super simple actually so I mention it here in case it helps someone else. The categories not showing in the list were the ones not attached to any article yet.
