Hi Yolk,

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be several reasons behind your issues, and it will be very difficult to recognize the exact reason without investigation. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific Page where you are having this problem.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I added secure note.
Hope you can help me.

Example page with slider,

Hello @yolknet,

I tried to access your site dashboard but it seems that the site is not working at the moment. I would suggest you please recheck and let us know when it is working so that we can check it.

Yes é get a 500 error sometimes, we are in a discussion with hoster to find out.
But when you do a refresh the page will load.

Hi Yolk,

I have created a new test page where I have added the Classic Slider and found a few problems. First, there is a cache issue with your website that always shows the previous values, even after clearing the cache multiple times. Sometimes it shows a 500 error as explained by my colleague. I suspect that there might be some problem with the plugins or anything else, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

We did some tweaking on the server and disabled some plugins.
Can you do a try again.

On this page there are two sliders.
A new one
And the classisc

The new one is showing, the classic not?
Can you check why the clasic is not shown?

Hello @yolknet,

I checked your given site URL it seems that the URLs are not fully replaced while moving the site from HTTP to HTTPS and that causes the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ] which might be one of the reasons for your issue.

I would suggest you replace the URL properly and check this again, there are many URL replacement Plugins available in WordPress that help you to replace the URL.
This article will be helpful in this:

Hope it helps

Also when this page is totally loaded over https the classic carrousel is not shown.
When i add a new image to the slider, it is also not shown?

Hello @yolknet,

Please install a Search and Replace plugin. You will need to:

Search for:

And Replace it with:

And by the way, we only have the Classic Slider element which is about to be discarded in the future updates. We highly recommend that you use the new Slider element instead.

I also noticed that you are using the Cornerstone Power Pack plugin. I believe that the Carousel Item that you are having issues with is part of this plugin. I would suggest that you contact the creators of this plugin. May be they have an update or a fix to your Carousel Item element issues.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Oke, I will migrate the sliders to the themco slider setup.

Hi Yolk,

Please let me know if you need any further help on this.
