Canvas off content (pro) on some smartphones and desktops flies away

Hello! I ones posted this problem and support team could not find this kind of phones so I made a video how it looks, any idea why it flies away on some phones and desktops?

Hi magneticum,

I understand that this issue happens on certain old phones, iOS 9 and Android Jelly beans (which is very old “4 years ago”!), I can add this video to the issue opened on our issues tracker so our developers will get a better idea regarding what’s going on, but I can see you added in this thread that it happens on some Desktops as well? may I know which browser and its version? so we can reproduce this issue.

Thanks for the heads up and noted. I also tried it but unable to reproduce it in a simulator since I don’t have older phone.
But as @Alaa said, it’s added to our issue tracker for further checking.

I tryed on Windows 10 Chrome v66.0.3359.139 64bit also flies away. it seems there is some issue winth Canvas off content elements css position fixed, if positio is e.g. absolute it returns back

Regretfully, like my colleagues, I could not replicate this issue also. There must be something in your system causing this. Would you mind trying other computers?

Hello, yes, this what I did, on 2 other computers with Windows 10 and Chrome and on another computer with Windows 7 it flies away.

I also tested using this service https://www.browserstack.com (I don’t know if I can post it here on the forum…) with free trial, I chose iOS on iPad Air with os version 8.3, it also flies away (you can test it via that service if you want)

And also I tested via that service via Win10 Chrome 65 - also that issue (you can also see that when you press Down Key on keyboard or mouse scroll then it flies away)

In the “Secure Note” to this reply, you will find my trial trying to reproduce this issue on Win10 Chrome 65 in Browserstack, I couldn’t reproduce it, perhaps having menu with other sub-menus is required?

I see the issue in you site now (see Secure Note). I still could not replicate this issue in my test site though (see https://youtu.be/46LeVigC-08). Maybe we need your exact setup. Please save your header as template.

Then go to Templates.

Then download the template.

And then zip the .tco file and attach it to your reply.

I can see you are using “WooCommerce Category Accordion” plugin shortcode there and this is a premium plugin that we don’t have access to, however, please add this CSS code to (Pro > Theme Options > CSS):

.x-off-canvas-content .ps-scrollbar-y-rail {
    right: inherit!important;
}

I believe this should fix this issue.
