Canvas off content (pro) on some mobiles flies away

Hello!

I have an issue with canvas off content (pro) on some phones. On a site I’m building (rtl site), I created woocommerce product categories in ‘canvas off content’ and when I try to scroll with a finger the canvas area flies away.

Could you find out pls. how to fix that?

Hello!
I can’t say exactly the versions of OSs… but on latest iOS version it works fine while on older versions it does not. The same thing with Android.

Unfortunately, I also could not recreate the issue with IOS 10. I do not have an android to check. I wonder if this is happening only on your installation or not.

Maybe there is something different regarding the RTL mode of the website. Is it possible that you temporarily turn the language into something which is LTR and test the case?

I think there are problems with older versions. Like Android jelly bean and iOS 9.

I tested if this is an RTL problem and it seems it is.
On Android Jelly Bean and old versions of iOS there is some issue with RTL and canvas off content element.
Could anybody try to find out why it happens?

Sure, we’ll continue checking but as of now, my devices are already updated. I’ll see what I can do, have to look for older versions first.

We’re sorry but we currently have no means to test old mobile browsers. Please give us screenshots or a video recording of the issue and I’ll post this to our issue tracker so our development team could be made aware of this once they go through the list of reports and test this in an old mobile browser.
