Can't update header image anymore

When I purchased my license I could edit my header image and details. Now I cannot. Why is that? I think I’m seeing that I have to upgrade and PAY more to be able to get that functionality back?

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not very clear what exactly you are referring to as the Header Image. But, you can change the Header and any images in it using the Header Builder, which is exclusively available with the Pro not with the X you are using. I would suggest you upgrade to the Pro theme, please go through the process here: https://theme.co/docs/converting-from-x-to-pro

The ability to create a custom header was in my original purchase or I would not have been able to create the one I have now…

Hi Bethany,

Unfortunately, a custom header can be created using the Header Builder which is not available with the X you are using. You need to upgrade it to Pro by following the process in the given link in my previous reply.
