Can't select text, or copy & paste in the CSS slide-over

In short, when I try to select text, copy or paste in any of the CSS slide-overs, it won’t work at all. It just gives the standard Mac error “ding” and won’t do anything.

Specifically, in the main CSS slide over, or any of the Element CSS controls for individual elements.

Browser: Safari 12.1.2
Mac OS 10.14.6
