Can't see or add elements in Pro to make edits

Not sure what I’ve doing wrong, but I can see the sections, rows and columns listed in the outline pane, but nothing shows in the editing pane other than the header and the footer. There’s no content in between on any page.

I also can’t add or elements onto newly created pages.

Thanks for writing in! Does this happen after you have updated the theme? After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Hello @kdaramola,

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I went ahead and checked your site dashboard. It seems that there is an issue of cache because of that the builder content is not loading properly. I went ahead to disable the SG Optimizer plugin and the builder is working fine. I would suggest you purge all the cache and then temporarily deactivate the plugin and then check it again.
